The AB Group of Fort Worth Texas has offered $43,200,000.00 for ownership of SunCruz Casino the largest day casino cruise ship line in the U.S. this was done on Friday the 20th of this month at a bankruptcy hearing held in Florida.

Fort Worth, TX April 25, 2004 -- The AB Group of Fort Worth Texas has offered $43,200,000.00 for ownership of SunCruz Casino the largest day casino cruise ship line in the U.S. this was done on Friday the 20th of this month at an bankruptcy hearing held in Florida the judge has given the group a 10 day extension to complete the funding of the down payment and to satisfy the court as to being able to fund the sale.

The Arlen McBride said that the needed funding is underway and the time given meets the needs of the group to bring the funding to the transaction.

The AB Group is made up by Arlen P. McBride of Indiana and Bobby E. Hearn of Fort Worth Texas the group is working with private participant investment groups who have committed to help with the funding of the project and AB plans to complete funding within the next 5 to 7 days and to take over the company on or before March 31st of this year.

Hearn said that this is a very good opportunity for the participating private investors and any one who is looking to participant in a major buyout and that the company is showing a good return and with a little marketing it will grow fast, Hearn also said they have two new 571 ft cruise ships the will be put into operation as part of their casino cruises within the next 3 months bringing the total number of owned ships to 14 and plan to grow to 20 by years end.
