CTL Corporation has established a new banking relationship with Washington Mutual Bank (NYSE: WM). Washington Mutual will serve as CTL’s primary corporate bank for domestic and international financial transactions including Lines of credit, Wire transfers and Letters of Credit.

Portland, Oregon - January 25, 2004-- CTL Corporation announced today that it has established a new banking relationship with Washington Mutual Bank (NYSE: WM).

Washington Mutual will serve as CTL’s primary corporate bank for domestic and international financial transactions including Lines of credit, Wire transfers and Letters of Credit.
