Virginia Beach, VA (PRWEB) January 24 2004--Rudi Johnson, #32 up and coming Running back for the Cincinnati Bengals will analyze Super Bowl XXXVIII on the “We Are There” radio show, which airs on FOXSports Radio network every Saturday at 1:05 p.m. Eastern, 12:05 Central.

Rudi has done an excellent job of analyzing the NFL playoff games for FoxSports Radio’s “We Are There” show for the past three weekends. Rudi has provided valuable insight into the game as both a player and a fan. His thorough and accurate take on the plays prompted FoxSports Radio to ask him to join them again to analyze Super Bowl XXXVIII. Rudi will be a guest on the show this Saturday, Jan. 23, along with regular show hosts Andrew Siciliano, Mike Lamb, and Coach Jim Mora.

Johnson is the face of the new Cincinnati Bengals. “Humble,” “down to earth,” “laid back,” “willing to take risks” are just a few of the phrases used to describe this talented, athletic, and exceptional player. Johnson, who until recently was a back up to Bengals Running back Corey Dillon, emerged to become one of the more exciting players to watch in the NFL. This year, Johnson was the first Bengal in history to achieve three 150 yard rushing games in a single season. Johnson became the featured back as the Bengals played their way into contention for the playoffs, and finished with 957 yards for the season.

Johnson who is a restricted free agent has become one of most talked about Running backs in the league. While on his way to rushing for nearly 1,000 yards, he was no longer viewed as a back up. And when the fans rocked Paul Brown Stadium chanting, “Ru-di, Ru-di…” the crowd was definitely taken with him. This kid, just 24, created a buzz every time he stepped on the field. He may only be 24, and he has the speed and agility to prove it, but he is wise well beyond his years. Spend ten minutes with him and you’ll know he’s a man of few words, letting his actions speak for him. Yet, you won’t find a nicer, more easygoing guy than Rudi Johnson. He never has anything negative to say about any one or anything. He just loves the game of football. He doesn’t get caught up in all of the hype and hoopla surrounding his accomplishments, he just keeps his head in the game and runs!

Johnson who was drafted by the Bengals in 2001 waited patiently for the opportunity to display his ability and God-given talent. “Everything happens for a reason, and God has a plan for everyone…I just leave everything in His hands and go out there and give a 110 percent every time I have the opportunity. I don’t know any other way to play.” said Johnson.
