As the new Millennium approaches, Caesars Palace Casino will unveil The Palace Tower, a spectacular new 1,200 room guest tower and conference facility that will far surpass any expectations of the 21 st century. Remodeling and expansion has been underway throughout the property all year, and the emerging new Caesars Palace Casino is more palatial and elegant than ever.

The addition of 1,200 deluxe accommodations in the new 29-story Palace Tower will offer guests the optimum in regal comfort. The two top floors will comprise all suites with multiple-bedroom configurations of up to three bedrooms. These spacious and beautifully appointed suites have been designed to exceed the expectations of even the most discerning guests. A central concierge lobby and lounge offering panoramic views will be located on the 28th floor, and will service guests staying on floors 28 and 29.
Five elegant floor plans (king and double-queen) ranging in size from 550 to 750 square feet will ensure guest comfort in each of the 1,200 rooms on the new Palace Tower. Each floor from 5 - 27 will feature one double-bay parlor with connecting bedrooms, as well as 11 rooms that offer his-and-her bathrooms adjoining an over-sized shower that has entry from both sides. All of the accommodations in the tower provide guests with added opulence such as luxurious baths, large whirlpool spa tubs and superior furnishings. For the convenience of meeting guests, every room is equipped with fax and modem capabilities and two telephones.

A splendid new meeting facility, designed to facilitate the needs of groups from 10 to 3,000, will comprise the 3rd and 4th floors of the Palace Tower. The 4th floor Emperors Level will showcase 60,000 square feet of meeting space with 2 1 -foot ceilings and will include the impressive 30,000 square foot Palace Casino Ballroom. Exquisitely decorated in the classic Greco-Roman theme, features of the Palace ballroom are highly functional as well aesthetically pleasing.
Ornately coffered ceiling treatments ensure superior sound quality, while elaborately designed wall treatments provide flexibility in the various configurations, coupled with easy access for guests. Two pre-function rooms are positioned directly adjacent to the Palace Casino Ballroom providing panoramic views of the newly expanded swimming pools and gardens. The Emperors Ballroom, also located on the 4th floor Emperors Level, comprises over 6,600 square feet and is equally elegant in design and function. An additional three breakout rooms complete this level. Both escalators and elevators will transport guests to the 4th floor.

World renowned hair stylist Jose Eber will open a 5,000 square foot salon on the first floor and additional stores include Wolford, specializing in fashionable stockings and leg wear; Oculus, featuring high fashion eyewear; Sloans, an exclusive lingerie boutique from Rodeo Drive; Ancient Creations, specializing in creating unique and unusual jewelry from antique and rare coins; an art crystal store and Bernini, a store specializing in men's and women's fine apparel and accessories.
The 283,000 square-foot expansion of The Forum Shops at Caesars Casino and Hotel, which will double the size of the shopping, dining and entertainment complex, opened with much fanfare during Labor Day weekend. Shoppers are entertained by an impressive special effects attraction, "Atlantis," featuring the interaction by both human and animatronic figures and an awesome 50,000-gallon, saltwater horseshoe-shaped aquarium, displaying colorful fish from The Philippines.
