Playing Pyramid poker gamesGameplay 5 cards are dealt to each poker player, and 9 communal cards are put in the middle of the poker table, forming a shape of a pyramid. The top layer consists of 2 cards, the middle level - 3 cards, and the lower ("base") level - 4 cards. The players make the first bet, then the dealer flips the top 2 cards of the communal pyramid. Any cards in this poker game that are equal to the 2 top cards become wildcards. The two top cards themselvs are not in the game, they only indicate which cards are wildcards in this poker round. Another bet is made, and then the middle level cards are flipped. Those cards are communal, and all the poker players share them. A bet is made once again, and the last line of cards is flipped. Any cards in this poker game that equal to these cards in rank, must be burned (This includes the shared cards). A pair in these 4 cards doesn't mean a thing, and nothing is done. The poker players bet yet again, and the showdown begins. Strongest hand wins the poker pot, like any regular shared-cards game. Some poker games may vary in style.
