Anaconda poker

Anaconda is a 7-card stud poker game sometimes also referred to as "Pass the Trash."

Anaconda can be played by a maximum of seven poker players and no wild cards are used.

Anaconda Poker Rules:

  1. Seven cards are dealt to each and every poker player. These cards are placed facing downwards so that each player can see only his cards.
  2. A round of betting takes place.
  3. Each player passes three cards to the left and another round of betting takes place.
  4. Each poker player now passes two cards to the left and another round of betting takes place.
  5. Finally, each player passes one card to the left and another round of betting takes place.
  6. Now each poker player places his best five cards on the table in face-down position in a stack. Note that the player cannot reorganize this stack later on. Thus you must organize the stack placing the card you want to expose first at the top.
  7. The dealer or in our case the online poker casino says "1-2-3-flip." All the players must flip their top card and a round of betting takes place. Note that the poker player with the highest card bets first.
  8. Likewise, one by one all the cards are exposed and after each card is exposed a round of betting takes place until all the cards are exposed and the winner of this poker round is declared.

Over time this poker game developed and changed into different variations. To mention a few:

Progressive Passing: The three cards are passed as usual to the poker player on the left. But the next two cards are passed to the second player on the left. Likewise, the last card is passed to the player seated three players to the left. For this version a minimum of four poker players is required.

Love Thy Neighbor: The poker winnings are split between the winner and the player (who's still in the game) to the right of the winner.

Python: Five cards are dealt, and subsequently two cards and then one card is passed to the left. The poker winnings are split between the best five card sequence and the best three card sequence.

Bisexual: Two cards are passed both to the left and to the right - in all you pass four cards. And likewise in the next round you pass one card to the right and another card to the left.
